How many images do I get?
This varies greatly from one wedding to another, so we do not promise a specific image count. However, we offer a general guideline of between 50-100 images per hour of photography. Please note that we shoot for quality, not quantity, and spend several hours processing your images to ensure accurate color, sharp black and whites, and a selection of great-looking special effects.
Can you "Photoshop out" objects/people/wrinkles?
Basic touch-ups are included with all images, however object/people/wrinkle removal and body sculpting are more involved modifications that incur an additional charge per image. This is because these types of modifications are complex and can add several hours of processing time per image.
Can I print images from my Social Media Disk?
No. Images on the Social Media Disk will not print at anything larger than a thumbnail size. They are only for web use or emailing. The Social Media Disk also does not come with printing rights. We offer great quality prints on our web site www.joesvisuals.com with discounts for 30 days following your event or you may purchase a High Resolution Disk of all your images with printing rights included.
Who will photograph my wedding?
Joesvisuals.com consists of two photographers: Joe and Gail. Depending on their availability, one or the other or both will be present to photograph your wedding. We have been shooting at Cozy for eight years now, and you can expect great results.
What happens if a family member is late and the ceremony is delayed?
Cozy Weddings Of Gilbert is a unique venue. We are able to service many clients because we are typically used for smaller, shorter events. While each event has the venue as exclusively theirs, Cozy needs to keep things moving along. If a family member is late and you choose to delay your ceremony, you will lose time for both the venue rental and photographic services. We are unable to extend booking times for these circumstances.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Cozy Weddings Of Gilbert is an outdoor venue. Bad weather may impact the event, and unfortunately, we can not compensate for such limitations. Acts of Nature are beyond our control.
What happens if my event goes on for longer than originally planned?
Our Wedding Coordinator will generally keep tabs on the time for you. Typically, we will remind you of when things are wrapping up. Our business is time based, and out of respect to all our clients, we must adhere to booking times as closely as possible. If your event does exceed the contracted time limit, additional fees may be incurred.
What happens if we want more time with the photographer?
The Photography staff at Cozy has created each package with a working knowledge of the obstacles typically facing any given event we hold. That's why our packages are so inexpensive, and get such amazing results! How do I know they Photographer will show up?
You will have a legal, binding contract from us before the date of your event. In 8 years, we have not missed a single wedding at Cozy.
Can the photographer(s) REALLY cover all those parts of my event in the specified time?
YES! We have been working Cozy styled weddings since the beginning, and we are 100% able, willing, and ready to knock your socks off with great service, amazing pricing, and the best quality images possible! The only limiting factors we have are the length of your event and the amount of time we are booked for. If you're worried about time, please book us for a longer period so you can enjoy your special day and don't have to rush through anything...
Can my family and friends take photographs of my event too?
Yes and no! We want your family and friends to enjoy their time at your event. They are welcome to take photos or video of the event, however, we strongly recommend that you limit the number of people taking photos at your event. Too many cooks spoils the brew. So it is with Photography. Encourage your guests to come and enjoy themselves and their time with you. Relax! Let us do the work for you! In most cases, you will have your images within a few days of your event!
How long does it take to get my images?
7-10 business days, and in most cases, sooner. We will upload a sample set of your images to Facebook, so it's a good opportunity to be friends... and we will have a full set of your images available to view and purchase on our website for 90 days. Click here!
